House, Multi-Family &Town House Inspection

A home Inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from roof to foundation.  A home inspection report or home inspection service is the equivalent of a physical examination from your doctor.

Condominium & Cooperative Apartment Inspections

The condo inspection will be a visual inspection of the condo unit.

This includes: kitchens, bathrooms, electrical, plumbing, heating, & central air conditioning.  The inspection will also include any additional areas associated with  the unit such as garage or storage area.

Warranty Inspections

When buying a newly constructed home remember to have a comprehensive inspection prior to the end of the warranty period.  This will catch any problems that may have cropped up but are not evident. This may be a savings.

Thermographic Inspections

Missing insulation, water leaks, hot electrical wires that could cause heat loss or damage to future or existing home can often times be detected using a Thermographic Camera.
