We are a local home inspection business with 20 years of experience in home improvement and related services. Believe me, there is very little that we haven’t seen! We provide a comprehensive and easy to read report with photos of the home that will outline a visual inspection of the property that you are interested in purchasing or selling. The inspection report is presented in a binder that also includes a complimentary Homeowners Handbook, a Pre-closing check list, a Glossary of terms and an Environment Concerns booklet published for the EPA. In addition you will be provided with a web address and a password that will allow you to access the report on line. This will assist in communication of the report to agents, brokers and potential buyers or sellers. We are available to answer any questions you may have after your review of the report. My qualifications are:

· I am Licensed by New York State Department of State as a Home Inspector, Lic. #16000001061.· Have successfully completed the Licensed Home Inspections program as established by The New York State Department of State.· I am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).· I pass NACHI's Online Inspector Examination every year. This general, non association-specific exam is an industry standard and is required by NACHI and some state licensing boards.· I adhere to the industry's largest, most comprehensive Standards of Practice.· Have completed NACHI's ethics "Obstacle Course" which ensures that I am aware of my ethical duties as a home inspector and I abide by NACHI's Code of Ethics.· I receive 24 hours of continuing education each year in compliance with NACHI’s strict continuing education policy.· Have successfully completed NACHI's comprehensive courses and examinations of for their Standards of Practice, Roofing Inspection and Electrical Inspection.· We are usually able to schedule your inspections with in 12 to 48 hours of your call and have the report available within 24 hours of the inspection.· I am the inspector that you want!Contact us for an appointment.
